Abstract Art ~ Hardedge ~ Contemporary Paintings I have always been interested in art & enjoyed drawing pictures as a child. My mother in law took up watercolor painting & encouraged me to have a go. In August 2001 my husband’s job moved us from our home in the UK to America. It took me a year to find an art class, but it was worth the wait. Under the teaching of Bob Joirle my skills have progressed more than I could ever have imagined. Not only have I sold some of my work, but I have also won an Honorable Mention at The Riverside Festival of the Arts in Easton PA, in September 2005. I hope you will enjoy my paintings. They are a mixture Of abstract & hardedge, using mainly acrylic paint but also including paper, wood & various different mediums |
